Kevin's counsel aided executors and survivors of the decedent, but he repeatedly saw the responsibilities that fell on an executor lead to an untenable situation: the executor's role too often cost thousands of dollars, lasted years, and sometimes spiraled into legal and administrative quagmires.

Kevin realized this burden needed to be eased. He founded Executor's Choice, and spearheaded the development of an automated computer application designed to mitigate the scope of an executor's role.

He formed a team with experience in the aftercare industry, and forged strategic relationships with professional groups, including lawyers, accountants, realtors and property management experts, to create an efficient and inexpensive solution - providing the right care, at the right time, at the right price.
